devotional - day 19

Job 19:7 I cry out, “help!”

For today let’s keep it super super simple. Let’s have it be just that word - “help”. Odds are there is at least one thing you need help from Jesus with. Even if you can’t find the words to articulate what all you need help with, crying or muttering or whispering the word “help” is a totally sufficient prayer. God knows what you need help with. 

So today - take this moment and take a few deep breaths and simply say (I recommend slowly within the deep breathing) - 

“Lord, I need your help. Please help me, please help [so and so], please help [this situation]. Amen”
