Hi! 

I'm arian. I'm so glad you're here!

I am an artist & writer who lives in Maine and loves laughing, trail running, hiking, reading non-fiction (typically historical), and my two beautiful and talented adult children.  I also find great joy in lavishing encouragement to whomever might be needing it.

I decided in January 2025 to vacate social media and created this website as a way to continue to post my encouragements, thoughts, and art.
